My Pretty New White Car
I put off painting my red car white as long as I could. I liked the red, so much I ordered the painter to save the racing stripes as a whole, with the red showing between the three silver stripes. He took it a step further, saving the red inside the Hyundai symbol. And now, after three weeks of driving, it's taken on even more color.

It looks like a car with dirt, but I do like the red racing stripes. Hehe. How does it handle on the road and around curbs?

It is a car with dirt - fortunately outside of the paint job. I put off taking pictures just a bit and look what happens!
I love my Hyundai Accents, and they've all handled well except at magically avoiding dear that are intent on suicide. The other one made it to 402,000 miles before a Bambi actually killed it, and that's after killing one and wounding another with only headlight damage. On roads they'll handle anything but sticky wet snow deep enough to bottom it out, just so long as the driver is sane while driving.
Oops, I meant "deer".
I think that the racing stripes are original. It's good to leave a mark - good kind of mark - on some of our favorite things. I like to do that, too, not only on cars. It's to let people know that out of its hundred kinds, that's the one I own. It's been 3 years since the new paint job. How is it today? Do you think you need a new paint job, or maybe a new car? We'd love to hear some updates about your ride. Take care!
